Product FeatureManual Rockwell
1.An effective manual rockwell testing machine with high accuracy, reliability and durability.
2.Analogue gauge resolution is 0.5HR,force force knob adopts the metal material to improves the instrument using-life ,loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by oil pump, it eliminate the operator' s tiredness.
3. Indenter protector is optional to improve the using lifetime of indenter.
Electric-motorized Rockwell
1.Analogue gauge resolution is 0.5HR, dwell time from 1to 60s can be setup by the "time key" on the panel , it is much convenient than the setup on the manual hardness tester.
2.Loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by oil pump, , force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic.
3.Loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by electronic motor automatically ,doesn't need the operator to handle it , it eliminates the human oper-ation error.
Touch Screen Rockwell
1.Touch screen rockwell hardness tester adopts the high resolution color touch screen with high bright-ness display,good reliability,excellent operation and easy watching, high-tech product combining the mechanic and electric features.
2.It can show and set the present scale, test force, test indenter, dwell time and hardness conversion;- main function is as follows:selection of all the rock-well scales; conversion scales of different kinds of hardness; display backlight adjustable with energy-saving mode; real time data saving in the folder, totally six folders, the data can be arbitrary deleted and printed out.
3.Test results can be saved in real time with auto-matic calculation of maximum, minimum and aver-age value.
4.The interface is visual and clear, very easy to operate; with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer.
